We are proud to announce our biggest accolade yet – L.V.D Group has been named Emerging Builder of the Year 2025 by HIA Victoria.
What began as a small family-run business has rapidly grown into a flourishing boutique building company, led by our CEO Joseph Thomas. In just three years of entering the awards program, our talented team have achieved recognition with over 10 award-winning homes and been celebrated as an emerging builder.
The judges commended L.V.D Group’s deep industry knowledge, strong commitment to safety, exceptional customer service and the genuine, long-term relationships we build with our clients.
They also recognised Joseph’s ambitious vision for the business – noting that he has already laid a strong foundation for successful future growth and development.
Under the leadership of our Director, our team has been recognised as a rising force in the industry, applauded across the board for our achievements, unwavering commitment to quality, innovation in our approach, customer-first service, and strong industry partnerships.
Additionally, we are thrilled to present ‘The Huntington’ – now a double award-winning home, which also won Best Custom Built Home up to $1 million, and have advanced to national finalist status for all nominated categories.
