Dreaming of a larger walk-in robe or a designer kitchen? During this stage, we’ll help you customise any features you want to change.
We’ve simplified the process by offering five beautifully curated colour palettes, carefully tested and proven in our homes to work perfectly together. Or, if you prefer, you can go completely bespoke with a three-hour design consultation at our Imperia Showroom. Our interior design team will assist you in creating a colour palette that truly reflects your style and personality.

receive your quote
After you’ve chosen your floor plan, facade, inclusions and customisation options, we’ll send you a transparent, detailed and easy-to-understand sales quote.
From there, we’ll give you time to review and consider the proposal and we’re always here to answer any questions you may have. Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll take care of making your dream home a reality.
